Florida men revealed to be behind Bored Apes
The creators of the biggest NFT project have finally revealed their identity — a BuzzFeed News report reveals them as Greg Solano and Wylie Aronow, two men from Florida.
That’s one handsome dude huh.
Solano is a 32-year-old writer and editor behind the pseudonym Gargamel, while the 35-year-old Aronow goes by Gordon Goner.
Bitcoin P2P trading surge by 16% in Nigeria
Last year, Nigeria’s central bank prohibited cryptocurrency transactions in the country’s financial ecosystem.
But the folks at Nigeria knew that Bitcoin cannot be stopped. The trading volumes on two major peer-to-peer platforms (Paxful and Localbitcoins) in Nigeria currently stand at $400 million, followed by Kenya with more than $160 million and South Africa with $117 million, reported by Niarametrics.

Palo Alto-based real estate technology company Propy will mint the property rights into a digital token on the blockchain and host an online auction.
Last year, Propy planned to use the technology to smooth real-world real estate sales by introducing the concept of smart contracts. The blockchain real estate start-up plans to expand its model worldwide. It sold its first apartment in Ukraine in 2021 and has so far raised over $16 million in venture capital.

A couple from India just had a ‘blockchain wedding’ — with vows in NFT and a digital priest. A majority of people don’t even understand crypto, let alone NFT. But crypto enthusiasts are breaking down barriers every day.
The Pune-based couple's marriage was recently cemented by a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain; another Tamil Nadu couple is planning to wed on the Metaverse blockchain.
