A search engine but for DAOs
DAO analytics site DeepDAO yesterday launched a new search engine to help make it easier to find answers to the most common DAO-related questions. Similar to CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko that are used to search for cryptocurrencies, DeepDAO is used to search information about DAOs.
DAOs have recently become a popular way to organize online groups, such as for a new startup, crowdfunding or an NFT project, that are typically governed using a cryptocurrency or token.
‘Hitler Inu’ token up 5500% after Elon Musk posts meme
Elon Musk has done it again. He tweeted a Hitler meme and since then, a new crypto token 'Hitler Inu', is up over 5500%.
Jokes aside, we think this is terrible for crypto. Firstly, one man can indirectly control the markets without even meaning to (at least, he didn't mean to in this case). Secondly, it is projects like this that makes the average retail investor think that crypto is a pyramid scheme/scam.
As an asset class, crypto needs to move away from these sort of projects and focus on fundamentals etc.

Usage of crypto in crime very low, admits Europol
The value of crypto transactions involved in crimes such as funding terrorism and money laundering crimes is dwarfed multiple folds by the value of fiat dealt in these forms of crime. The use of crypto in illicit activities is so limited that Europol admitted it in their report released Wednesday.
