Vitalik Buterin named "Prince of Crypto" By TIME magazine
Ethereum’s Lord, Vitalik Buterin, has made the cover of this week’s Time Magazine. He is named the ‘Prince of Crypto’ which makes perfect sense cause the King is Satoshi 😎
This also marks the first time an entire issue has been released as an NFT on the blockchain.
A prominent quote from the interview:
Crypto itself has a lot of dystopian potential if implemented wrong.

"Pepe the Frog" NFT owner files $500,000 lawsuit
This "Pepe the Frog" NFT is worth more than half a million dollars.
Last October, Halston Thayer purchased it from the frog's creator Matt Furie and his organization called PegzDAO, and is now suing the creator after he released 46 identical NFTs for FREE.
Imagine having your entire case rest upon an image of a naked frog and having to show it to the judge.
“Your honor, please see Exhibit A” 😂
Someone borrowed 5 BAYC to claim $1.1 million of $APE tokens 🤯
Yesterday, Yuga Labs, the creators of Bored Ape Yacht Club, airdropped $APE to anyone who owns one of their NFTs.
I covered the tokenomics over here.
An unknown user used his BIG BRAINS to bamboozle the system. They used a flash loan to borrow five BAYC NFTs, while also claiming the airdrop and repaying them in a single transaction.
I call this SMOOTH.
But ultimately, it’s an exploit. But a genius one.
It’s insane how fast some people pick apart exploits in the crypto environment.
Facebook gets sued by Australia for running scam crypto ads
Australia on Friday announced that it is suing Facebook’s owner Meta over scam ads for cryptocurrency schemes that falsely claimed to be endorsed by prominent figures.
Meta vowed to defend itself, saying in a statement that it sought to stop scam ads by using technology to detect and block them.
“We don’t want ads seeking to scam people out of money or mislead people on Facebook — they violate our policies and are not good for our community,” a Meta spokesperson said.

Coinbase today enabled support for the Solana blockchain on its Coinbase Wallet browser extension. Coinbase Wallet users can now manage their Solana and Solana-based SPL tokens using the extension.
